Roselex device connecting but not controllable

Describe the bug
Roselex device connects to Initface fine, but when I try and change the slider under the device's menu, nothing happens. The log then prints the error below.
Expected behavior / Actual behavior
Device should be controllable
Additional context
Tested on both MacOS Big Sur and Windows 11 (latest)
