Adjustments to links and some hints

Hi
I have somme suggestions for improvements to the FAQ site:
- The first link on https://faq.docs.buttplug.io/hardware/lovense.html points to https://faq.docs.buttplug.io/hardware/hardware/bluetooth.html, but that is a 404. The actual target is at https://faq.docs.buttplug.io/hardware/bluetooth.html (so one hardware/ too much).
- https://faq.docs.buttplug.io/hardware/bluetooth.html#what-type-of-bluetooth-dongle-should-i-use shows a link to https://www.amazon.com/Onvian-Bluetooth-Receiver-Transfer-Wireless/dp/B07G9TSDCG/ref=dp_prsubs_1?pd_rd_i=B07G9TSDCG&psc=1. This can be shortened to https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G9TSDCG/.
- https://faq.docs.buttplug.io/hardware/satisfyer.html#how-do-i-connect-my-satisfyer-device-to-a-desktop-laptop suggests using a Cambridge Silicon Radio adapter. In my opinion, there should be a link to https://faq.docs.buttplug.io/hardware/bluetooth.html#what-type-of-bluetooth-dongle-should-i-use with the hint to the chipset on that page.
- For non-US users, I would like to add a description on how to find a Cambridge Silicon Radio adapter:
The Cambridge Silicon Radio chipset is used in many re-branded products. According to an open-source driver, the chipset has the USB vendor ID 0a12 and device ID 0001, often abbreviated to
0a12:0001
orUSB\VID_0A12&PID_0001
. Search for these terms. Sooner or later you will find a forum post written by someone having a problem with his device, stating the consumer market manufacturer and the re-branded model name.
For example, in Germany, the adapter sold as "Hama 49218" contains a CSR chipset.
Kind Regards
