something seems gone wrong with the numbering of node element.
I think I've solved node numbering issue, though I haven't finished the entire Assemble.cs. and element collision part will be done hopefully tomorrow. please note also that tentatively I made a Functions_DDL class and associate Assemble.cs to it so I won't destroy what's written in the Functions class.
