Prompt for Installation folder never asks while Installing

while Installing barterdex on windows, It never asks for installation directory.May be we need to follow standard Location. (Ex: program files)
default Installation happening on
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Programs\barterDEX
In my case, it doesn't ask anything and just install it directly.
