Convert
- master - #3187
- builder - #2942
- changesource - #3188, and
- scheduler - #3189
- tags
names to identifiers, removing use of hashes.
Use slug/name pairs like in logs to allow display names to contain non-identifier characters.
This should apply to anything that has a name - I may have missed something in the list above!
