override_functions.cc missing from 1.2 source zip

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The published 1.2 zip package is missing the file
src/windows/override_functions.cc

Oops!  *blush*  I'll put it in the next release.

In the meantime, you can recover it from the svn repository:
