using bf:Hubs

A recent development in the BIBFRAME 2.0 vocabulary is the notion of hub, defined as "An abstract resource that functions as a bridge between two Works." and is a subclass of bf:Work. I think the wording here is very unfortunate because it can be easily interpreted as a hub connecting only two works and not more, which is not the case.

This would be an elegant solution for canonical works because this allows commentaries to point to the hub instead of a work in any particular language. This is a sort of optional FRBR work.

An example in the wild: https://id.loc.gov/resources/hubs/be4b45d52034b161ce76b2b86d6e805e.html note that the Works "in" the hub are linked with bf:hasExpression.

@eroux Thanks for calling this to my attention. This will be very useful for Treasury of Lives.
