Unable to access interface: Protocol not supported

I was able to install this on Docker running on my Synology NAS 218+. Whenever I run the container and check the logs at the end of the logs I get the Unable to access interface: Protocol not supported message. These are my logs:

I'm even adding the private key to the command. What am I missing here? What can I do to fix the Unable to access interface: Protocol not supported error?
I'm having the exactly same problem with my Synology NAS and the private key is blank.
