@ashleykolodziej moving this functionality to the custom plugin seemed straightforward. Also, we will need to remove responsive_share_tools() usages in the theme (no-sidebars.php, single-profile.php, page.php, single.php).

We can hook it with the the_content filter in the custom plugin.
