Starter partials for child theme variables

Right now, the "recommended" workflow for new child themes is to copy all the variables from Responsive Foundation, set up partials in a certain way, remove all the default flags, and comment them all out. You then uncomment them as you need to override them.
This is pretty confusing, and it'd probably be easier to have those partials pre-created and linked in style.scss properly here so people don't get confused and have to redo it multiple times.
Thoughts on adding this?
