Matlab project to process data collected of cheetah spine and tail during high speed motion.

Code processes data collected from 4 IMU's (gyroscopes), 1 smartphone (GPS, magnetometer, accelerometer, gyroscope) and 2 100fps video feeds (stereoscopic image processing and object tracking).
