Cannot obtain lock in AWS Redis (Elasticache)

I've try to obtain lock following the example with a redis client point to Redis (Elasticache) Primary Endpoint. but got lock not obtained error as a return
Sorry, it's a fault from my side.
I try to obtain a lock from a key that was set beforehand.
