Create proper demo files from the chapter walkthroughs so that users can experience walking through the chapter code within their R session.
It has been decided that demos will simply be the extracted code portion from the compiled vignettes. This will ensure valid coding, since vignettes get checked whereas demos do not. It will also maintain consistency between accessing the content through demo vs vignettes. The demos are there as a courtesy; it is recommended to stick with vignettes. This issue will be closed with the demo folder is added.
