Support specifiying the cache directory via environment variable

I'm on a mission to clean up my home directory. Or, at least, the top level. Part of it is minimizing the number of hidden dotfiles.
It'd be nice to move ~/.brunch/skeletons to a different place on my Linux machines. Namely, to ~/.local/cache/brunch/skeletons or similar. That way, brunch can follow the XDG base directory standard.
