And publish to a "1" subdirectory so that it's futureproofed for future editions.

I'm pretty dumb about configuring Travis. I would be appreciative if somebody could set it up for me - run mdbook on commits to the master branch and push to the gh-pages branch, under a "1" subdirectory.
