Migrate Drupal website to CMintS

Background
https://chrome-automation.com/ is currently is powered by Drupal and require constant maintenance and time to time dealing with Drupal vulnerabilities. The website can very well be generated by CMintS, which will minimize the maintenance effort, make it much more secure, faster and simplify the multi-language support in future.
What to change
Migrate https://chrome-automation.com/ from Drupal to CMintS.
Even though we are talking here about migration.
We can also instead recreate current website from the ground up, considering that the theme for the project was developed more than 8 years ago. That will be a great educational opportunity for new contributor(s).
