Choice where to place markup: head or body section

According to Google it doesn't matter, where the markup is embedded on the page. Now it is always embedded in the head section of the page. It would be nice to leave the choice the user of the integration.
- In the extension configuration is a new option "Embed markup in body section of the page"
- If the option is enabled, the markup is embedded at the end of the body section, otherwise is the head section.
- The default option is disabled for backward compatibility.
- The documentation and change log are adjusted.
