Create XSD schema for view helpers

As an integrator I want to have an XSD schema for the view helpers, so I can use auto completion in my IDE.

Acceptance criteria:

  • A XSD schema for the view helpers is available.
  • The documentation is adjusted.

Creation command with typo3-console installed:
vendor/bin/typo3cms documentation:generatexsd --xsd-namespace=http://typo3.org/ns/Brotkrueml/Schema/ViewHelpers Brotkrueml\\Schema
