OpenCAP alias support

It would be super easy to add OpenCAP alias support to the wallet. This would be huge for promotion of your wallet because you would still be one of the first. OpenCAP allows users to send and receive crypto using an alias like:
"donate$ogdolo.com"
You could build it off of our free API if you want:
