Move all content into /talks/

Since I switched my home page from github pages to netlify, i need to double back and re-configure everything that I used to have at zelip.me/*.

GitHub Pages provided this nice workflow for repos separate from user.github.io available at user.github.io/project.

Netlify doesn't provide this, and instead suggests folks proxy from one site to the other, with a caveat of moving each project repo's content into a new subdirectory in that project named after the subdirectory on the main home page that is being proxied, ie:

proxy zelip.me/talks
to zelip-talks.netlify.com/talks
