armv7-linux-androideabi tests are not being run

Due to the following error in Travis CI, armv7-linux-androideabi is being built but not being tested in CI.
We should fix this.

Your emulator is out of date, please update by launching Android Studio:
- Start Android Studio
- Select menu "Tools > Android > SDK Manager"
- Click "SDK Tools" tab
- Check "Android SDK Tools" checkbox
- Click "OK"
commit 680570f is the one that temporarily disabled the testing.
Fixed in 904cad6.
