Add an option in the Settings to only include files with a specific property in the Smart View

Hello Brian,

First and foremost, thanks for this amazing plugin I have been using for more than a year now.

In Obsidian, I don't use folders, I use a property filleClass to define a class for each file I create.
I would like to be able with your plugin to only take into account files with fileClass: Permanent note in the Smart view.
That could be a new section Inclusion in the Settings for example (although there's already a Exclusion section, so that would require a bit of thinking to avoid conflicts)
