Will “start embedding” change all my notes content

Hi! Thanks for your great work for this lovely plugin!
In fact, I still got some confused with using it. I am not sure will “start embedding” change all my notes content? If a lot of notes changed and this could not be cancelled, that will be unacceptable for me.
Smart Connections will not change any of your notes.
When you start the embedding process, there will be a new notification with a pause button that you can use to pause the process at any time 🌸
