Complaints and Feedback Mechanism

A Complaints and Feedback Mechanism tool. Camp Managers can create and update complaints and view a summary of complaints and key metrics for their site. Program Managers can view/add/update complaints across all sites and view a summary of key metrics. Complaints intake can be done using the POST feature of Kobo Toolbox.

Written using Django and Postgres.

This tool is in an early stage of development.

Installation

• Install Poetry and Postgres.
• Download the repo and install using poetry install.
