Is it just missing the Simos option in VW_Flash_GUI.py's module_choice and on_module_changed handler?
flash_info is only used for control_module_identifier.rxid/txid.
So adding it to the selection should just work?
Or is the simos 12 ecu using a different protocol like TP 2.0 like the DQ200?

I would like to contribute. I know some python, but I am primarily a Javascript/Typescript frontend + backend dev.
