When installing from pip:

Couldn't find a binary for your system: darwin / arm64. Please create an Issue on github.com/breuerfelix/chromedriver-py and include this Message.

i already fixed that issue but they haven't released a new version in the past week so the updater haven't run :/ i will create a manual version today vor the latest chromedriver 107 :)

can you try version 107.0.5304.19 ?

I've since switched to webdriver manager but I'm sure the push would have fixed it!
