specify color in annotation file

with the new histogram stuff, the color is specified in the data file. it would nice to be able to do this for the annotations as well, could simply add a final column for hex color and if it's specified, it will be used instead of the color specified for that style in the stylesheet.
this would make it easier to have custom types and to highlight certain features without adding to the stylesheet.
this is implemented
