rtf to xhtml generates wrong non asci characters

I found something new ;), send you a test file.
The xhml output should be:
Mit fünf Jahren
Instead it shows:
Mit fŸnf Jahren
Fixed.
Lots of regressions lately. It's about time I rewrote this parser in a way I can actually unit-test :(
That doesn`t sound so bad ;)
