识别报错 Exception in AGSI application,PIL.unidentifiedImageError:cannot identify image file

在虚拟机上成功运行cnocr并识别成功后，将其部署到了不通外网的服务器上，有几个包没有找到whl资源，下载了tar.gz压缩包，之后解压并用了pip3 install -e . 命令安装了，cnocr成功启动了，但是调用时候报了以下错误。请问这个该如何解决呢
