Dynamic connection using pem file

Having following questions needed for you guidelines.

1. have installed shellinabox, its working with localhost
2. how to connect with remote server using .pem file?
3. And how to allow multiple connections parallely.

Not many tutorials helped me to get resolve this issue.

any helps would be greatly appreciated
