Network problem

Hi! I've been using your amazing plugin. A couple of months ago there was a problem, it gives an error: "Fetching error: network timeout: https://api2.magicair.tion.ru/location ". Node js version 18.12.0 (tried to update, but no changes). The homebridge version and homebridge UI are the most recent. And to the address "https://api2.magicair.tion.ru/location " there really is no access from devices. But to "https://api2.magicair.tion.ru " there is access
Please try changing network settings of the host that runs your Homebridge instance. This issue has nothing to do with the plugin. It's an infrastructure issue.

не могу сказать, что сильно понимаю, что именно не так может быть с настройками
- что думаете насчёт того, что к разным доменными именами, которые относятся к api, я не могу получить доступ и с других устройств? ни из домашней сети, ни с мобильного интернета, ни через сервер в CWE
- может я могу как-то изменить адрес, к которому отправляется запрос и уйти от запроса к поддомену /location?
