otherwise I had to change file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/brave-browser-release-tara.list
and replace
deb [arch=amd64] https://brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/ tara main
to
deb [arch=amd64] https://brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/ bionic main
