Feature Request: Allow Editing of Existing Vehicles

The addition of an "edit" command is requested to provide users of our CLI application with the capability to modify the information of existing vehicles in their collections. Currently, users can only add new vehicles, but the ability to update and edit the details of vehicles already in the system would significantly enhance the usability of the CLI application and improve the overall user experience.
