Setout and interaction issues in OF_WINDOW mode on PC

Hello,
I am working on VS and PC - toggling between fullscreen and window view, with the GUI anchored to top left.
When I resize to window, the anchor point is past the top left corner, i.e. parts of the GUI are cropped; and the mouse interaction does not align with highlighted buttons, etc.
Is there a fix?
