[Enhancement] Have the option to turn off transcoding

Can you add a toggle to turn on and off transcoding? A majority of files are in .mkv format, and I don't really need to transcode them.

@wowwood Just a quick tip while the developer adds this feature that is a must. You can "turn off" the transcoding process if you rename/delete the files ffmpeg and ffmpeg2.exe from YouTube Downloader 5.0\execs. I hope it works for you!

@Pcsl I tried that, but it splits the video and audio into 2 separate files :(. Any other solutions for the moment?

Much of the time, the audio and video are downloaded from youtube into two separate files (audio and video) and then have to be transcoded into one final output file.

This step does need some work though, I added it in a quick update because the I was getting a ton of feedback/complaints about the issue of two files being downloaded and not "merged" together. Perhaps I can add some kind of auto detect to only do it when necessary.. or like you say, an option to turn on and off. I will leave the issue open until I can figure out a solution
