SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0 (line 221)

I know that the urls I'm using are JSON files, but it takes a moment to load and first goes to "https//www.google.com/url?q=ACTUAL_URL" and then redirects to the actual url. Because of this over 90% of the time I try to use importJSON it results in this error. The other 10% of the time it works great and is a fantastic tool. Any ideas on how to get around this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Here is the link to a copy of the google sheet I'm working on. I'm trying to make a spreadsheet with updating price information for groceries.
