How to run this with SAPS and GSAT, They need to work and be able to generate partial results first, before features can be calculated from these results.
Run saps and gsat through ubcsat - use beta branch (as opposed to master). Create the same analysis as satzilla, but call it through python.
Parse results file and parse them to the results dictionary
