Expose the follow links parameter so it is configurable from the properties file

In some situations some will want this enabled, and some will want it disabled. This will help result issues where a a simple "find . -type f | wc -l" is not matching the number of files found in the CSV file.

Currently sitting in issue99 branch for integration tests.

Merged into master. Need to run through integration tests but going to close down.
