Issue due to refreshing tokens on different instances for the same box account

When my process connecting the API and refreshes the token and it makes the previous refresh token invalid.
Now, a different process on different instance is not able to use the previous refresh token in order to access the BOX API. Can some one please help with this or suggest the ways to handle this. Thank you!
