bucket.configure_lifecycle() response SignatureDoesNotMatch

  1. I can upload file to bucket successfully
  2. but I can't configure bucket lifecycle，it always response SignatureDoesNotMatch and boto.exception.S3ResponseError: S3ResponseError: 403 Forbidden
