No-DNS mode for server mode

A commandline switch to turn off all DNS queries. Only in server mode. To fix name resolving issues with LAN-deployed installations.
Implemented by an implicated switch: if the user provides an IP address for the -remoteIP option all name resolving is turned off. See 8d165e2
