Source to SRTM3 data not reacheable

The source host for SRTM3 data seems to be down: https://srtm.csi.cgiar.org/
Not sure if it's a temporary or permanent issue. And I don't have a clear idea when this issue appeared in the first place - we found out this afternoon (Aug 22).
The host site is responsive again, so I guess this was just a temporary down and no immediate action needs to be taken here.
