Bootstrap-vue doesn't work with latest VUE + VITE

Unfortunately since Bootstrap-vue doesn't support the latest version of VueJs + Vite we've decided to abandon both frameworks in favor of React + Material UI.

These directions are incompatible with Bootstrap-Vue:

The whole point of VueJS was stability and easy to use, instead we are having to rewrite our code instead of being able to update it with the latest security patches.
