there is difference between 3.0 and 3.0.1 about avaliable backend

Describe the bug
hi there,
i install the latest version(3.0.1), and apt-get install espeak and feastival, but it doesn't give the hint about the backend as version 3.0 says
espeak-ng still avaliable for phonemizer 3.0.1? and how to install the espeak-ng?
