Contact actions are not vertically aligned

Issue: If you click on a contact image the available actions open at the top of 
the screen - overlapped by the notification bar.

Expected: The dialog opens right next to the contact picture itself.

In the current version (0.0.3) there is a workaround so that you should see the 
QuickContact bar. But it is still not the way I want it...
