Accept any font from Google Fonts

At the moment PCBmodE requires a local SVG font file. This isn't ideal because it's hard to get SVG font files these days, and one needs to add 'gerber-lp' information to each glyph.
Ideally, together with #62 we could import any font on Google Fonts.
