Site vs Repo vs project wording

It wasn’t clear to me that in https://deployment-workflow.bocoup.com/#initial-setup “this project’s files” meant this site had a repo and the docs were considered part of the project. The link on “deploy directory” (which I thought was going to take me to more docs) helped me figure it out
