Feature Request: Overwrite File Warning

Feature Request: A pop-up warning message that appears when the "Train" button is pressed if the output model file or "training state" directory already exist, with an OK and Cancel button.
This isn't anything critical, but would be helpful when one forgets to change the model output name when loading a past saved configuration, or if the output file already happens to exist.
Also, thank you for creating and maintaining this project; it has been very helpful!
It is not as easy as it look to actually check... I will need to think about how to implement this...
I have added some code to check this to the latest dev branch commit.
