Update error message to show whether post has or has not sent

Bit.ly should not be able to prevent a post from sending; fall back to the post's actual URL
Bit.ly errors also don't send email notifications but there won't be a need for that if it can't prevent a post from sending.
JK looks like it can't. Instead, update the error message to show what's wrong.
