Borders are too thin, practically invisible

Describe the bug
1.85 changes the border to be less thicker (1px -> hairlineWidth) but it seems to be making borders practically invisible especially on the true black theme variant.
See how weird the rounded borders look here. I think keeping Android to 1px might be the safest bet.

Looks similar on iOS, I think it's a pure black dark mode issue. Maybe we just need to up the border contrast on that theme
Hmm I'm not sure if that's the entire story given that zooming around the images I've provided shows that the borders are now displayed inconsistently (sometimes visible, sometimes thinner around edges, sometimes invisible)
Noticed this on web as well where the borders seemingly leave gaps like these.
